Accepting a transferred ticket
When someone transfers a ticket to you, you'll get an email with a "Claim your ticket" button.
Clicking the button takes you to /tickets/accept/{code} where you'll either:
• Sign in (or create a free Turtini account) and click Accept — the ticket moves into your My Tickets dashboard
• If you already have an account with the email address the transfer was sent to, you're prompted to sign in directly
Once accepted:
• The ticket appears in My Tickets immediately
• A new QR code is issued in your name; the previous holder's QR stops scanning
• You can add it to Apple Wallet from the same screen
• You'll get a confirmation email with the new QR
The transfer link is good for 30 days. If you miss the window, the ticket goes back to the original holder and they can resend.
