Buying resale tickets from a public block

Resale blocks have a public buy page at /events/resale/{blockId} that anyone can visit — no Turtini account required.

The page shows the event name, venue, date, seating description, price per ticket, and how many are still available. Click Buy Tickets, enter your contact details, pick how many tickets you want (subject to remaining availability), and pay via Stripe.

After payment:
• You'll get a confirmation email from the org that resold the block
• Ticket delivery happens through the venue — the org will hand off your details (name, email, ticket count) to the venue's vendor integration or via a manual CSV
• The venue then issues you the actual entry credentials (mobile transfer, paper tickets, will-call, etc.) using whatever delivery method they normally use

If you don't receive your venue tickets in a timely manner, contact the seller — their support email is on the confirmation. Turtini's role ends at payment + handoff; the venue is responsible for the actual ticket.
