EquipmentOS — DMV title and plates, and your inventory website
EquipmentOS prepares a title and registration filing for a deal and generates the state's form packet — and it publishes your inventory to your public website through Builder blocks.
Title and plates (Titling tab):
Open a title and registration filing against a deal: choose the state, the filing type (title and registration, title only, transfer, or duplicate title), and record the odometer reading and its brand (an odometer reading is required by federal law). The tab shows the state's motor-vehicle authority and tax rate, and you can:
- Generate the state form packet for the filing.
- Record a temporary tag from your state-issued range.
- Record the permanent plate number the DMV issued, and the lien holder.
Turtini prepares the filing and generates the paperwork; it does not transmit anything to the DMV. Electronic filing requires your dealership to be an approved EVR/ELT participant or to connect a state-approved provider. Acceptances and plate numbers are recorded by you, from what the DMV actually issued.
Your inventory on your website:
EquipmentOS ships Builder blocks so your public site sells from live stock. Add them in the Website editor:
- Equipment Inventory — a stock grid of listable units with photos, spec, and price, with an optional category filter.
- Unit Detail — a single unit's gallery, spec, and a "Request a quote" call to action.
- Quote Request — a lease, rental, or purchase quote form. A visitor's request lands in the Deals tab as a lead, so your team can follow up.
Only fields you have chosen to publish appear on the public site — the server sends nothing else.
