Customer emails and portal access

When you launch an environment with a customer email set, Turtini automatically sends a ready email when provisioning is complete (~45 min). The email includes:
• OCP Console URL — direct link to the OpenShift web console
• Web Terminal URL — browser-based terminal via the ttyd bastion
• Environment name, OCP version, and expiry time
• A link to the Customer Portal

The customer accesses their environment at turtini.com/portal → Environments tab:
• Step-by-step runbook interface (if a runbook is attached)
• Auto-validation toggle per session
• Session log showing all actions taken
• All activity is logged and visible to the partner
