Extending, reopening, and closing environments

You can adjust an environment's TTL at any time while it is active.

To edit the TTL:
1. Find the environment card → click "Edit TTL"
2. Use the date/time picker to set the exact new expiry — you can extend or shorten it
3. Click "Save" — the environment stays active with the updated expiry

Environments showing "Expiring Soon" are within 1 hour of their TTL — edit the TTL immediately to keep them alive.

To close an environment early:
• Click "Close" on an active environment card → confirm teardown
• Teardown automatically destroys all GCP resources and DNS records

To delete an environment record:
• Click "Delete" → confirm with "Yes, delete"
• This removes the record from Turtini but does not guarantee GCP resource cleanup if the cluster is still running

Admins and owners can close and delete. All editors can edit the TTL.
