Launching an environment
To launch a new environment:
1. Go to Presales → Environments (or open an Account → Presales tab)
2. Click "+ Launch Environment"
3. Choose a Quick-start Template or fill in manually
4. Set Environment Name, OCP Version, Network Type, GCP Region, and TTL
5. Choose a Provisioning Option:
• Turtini Managed — Turtini provisions on GCP, billed at cost + 15%
• [Your Org] GCP Project — provision into your own GCP project
6. Select an Account to link the environment to your CRM
7. Select a Customer — the picker shows contacts on the selected account first
8. Optionally attach a Runbook
9. Click "Launch Environment"
Provisioning takes approximately 45 minutes using the OpenShift IPI installer on GCP. While the cluster spins up you'll see a live build progress panel on the environment card with step-by-step status. When provisioning completes, the customer receives an automatic email with their OCP Console and Web Terminal links.
You can also launch directly from an account's Presales tab — the account is pre-filled automatically.
