Wally Pills — AI suggestions in the email composer

When you're composing an email campaign, a row of AI suggestion pills appears above each editable field — subject line, headline, and body text blocks.

Available pills depend on what you're editing:
• Subject line — Catchier, More urgency, Add a number, Question form
• Headline — Catchier, Shorter, Add benefit, Add curiosity hook
• Body text block — Tighten, Add a CTA, Make warmer, Make more direct

Click any pill to call Wally for a single-shot rewrite of the current text. The suggestion replaces the field's content; you can keep clicking different pills to iterate. Empty fields generate fresh draft text from scratch using your org's brand voice and (where relevant) your most recent published articles for context.

This is not a chat surface — there's no back-and-forth, no follow-up questions. Each click is one-shot generate-and-replace. To iterate longer, copy the current text out, paste it into Wally's drawer, and have a conversation; then paste the result back.

Pills are gated to the user's org having the Wally module enabled. If you don't see them, ask your admin to enable Wally in Settings → Modules.
