"Drafted for you" — Monday morning auto-draft
Every Monday at 07:00 UTC, Wally synthesizes the past week of activity in your org and writes a complete email-campaign draft for you. It appears as a pinned card at the top of the Campaigns tab — review, edit, and send (or dismiss).
What goes into the synthesis:
• Articles published in the last 7 days
• Opportunities won
• Upcoming events (next 14 days)
• Active discount codes
• Latest decks
• New contacts (signups, leads, registrants)
If activity is too thin (e.g. only one article + nothing else), the auto-draft is skipped — no recap rather than a thin one.
What you get:
• A complete campaign in draft state with: subject, preheader, hero block, intro paragraph, article-list block (live, hydrates at send), discount-embed (if active), event-list (live), closing paragraph, CTA button
• "Drafted for you" gradient-bordered card at the top of Campaigns tab with a sparkle eyebrow
• Reason summary: "3 articles · 1 won deal · 2 events"
• Three actions: Review & send, Not now, Delete
How the copy is generated:
• Wally calls Claude Haiku 4.5 with the activity payload + your org's voice (the 3 highest-open subject lines from the past 90 days) + an org "voice guide" if set
• Strict-JSON response: subject, preheader, heroTitle, heroSubtitle, introHtml, closingHtml
• Copy is brand-inherited (org logo, primary color) automatically
Idempotency rule:
The cron skips an org if any auto-drafted campaign created in the past 14 days is still a draft and not dismissed. So if you haven't dealt with last Monday's draft, it doesn't pile up — handle the existing one first.
On-demand:
Don't want to wait for Monday? Click "Draft this week's recap" in the Campaigns tab toolbar to trigger the same flow immediately. Bypasses the 14-day idempotency check. Also available as the email_generateWeeklyRecap Wally tool.
Cost:
Each auto-draft costs roughly the same as a single Wally Haiku call — visible on Account → Pay-as-you-go.
