Campaign analytics dashboard

Every campaign that sends gets a per-campaign analytics dashboard — opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and a per-recipient drilldown — visible from the Campaigns tab.

To open:
Builder → Emails → Campaigns → click any sent campaign → "Analytics" tab in the campaign view.

Top-line metrics:
• Sent — total recipients dispatched
• Delivered — passed the recipient's mail server (sent minus immediate bounces)
• Opened — unique recipients who opened (not total opens)
• Clicked — unique recipients who clicked any link
• Bounced — hard + soft bounces, broken out
• Complained — recipients who hit "Mark as spam" (auto-suppresses on next send)
• Unsubscribed — clicked unsubscribe in this campaign

Rates:
• Open rate = Opened / Delivered
• Click rate = Clicked / Delivered
• Click-to-open rate (CTOR) = Clicked / Opened
• Bounce rate = Bounced / Sent

Link heatmap:
• Each tracked link in the email shows its click count
• Helps you see which CTAs work and which are ignored
• Buttons usually outperform inline text links — verify with the heatmap

Per-recipient drilldown:
• Filter by status: opened, not opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed
• Click any recipient row to see their full event timeline (sent → delivered → opened → clicked link X → unsubscribed)
• Use the drilldown to follow up manually with engaged recipients

A/B test results:
• If the campaign was an A/B test, the dashboard shows variant A vs B side-by-side with the winner highlighted

Real-time updates:
• Events stream in via Resend webhooks
• The dashboard updates within a few seconds of each event
• Long-tail events (opens days later) keep accruing — the dashboard isn't frozen at "send + 24h"

Export:
• Click "Export CSV" to download a per-recipient row with all events for spreadsheet analysis or upload to another tool
