Brand inheritance from your org
Brand inheritance pulls your org's logo, primary color, and accent color into every campaign automatically — so a new campaign starts on-brand instead of the platform defaults.
How to enable:
1. Open the campaign composer and click an empty area to focus campaign settings (right inspector)
2. Toggle "Inherit brand from org" on
3. The composer immediately re-renders with org logo in headers, primary color on buttons, accent color on dividers, etc.
What inherits:
• Logo — pulled from your org profile (Settings → Org Profile → Logo)
• Primary color — used on Button blocks, link colors, accent borders
• Accent color — used on dividers, secondary buttons
• Sender name — defaults to your org name unless overridden
What's still per-campaign:
• Block content (text, images, layout) — inherit only restyles, doesn't replace structure
• From email — set by your verified sending domain, independent of brand
• Subject + preheader — always per-campaign
When to turn it off:
• Sub-brand campaign that intentionally looks different (e.g. holiday promo)
• Co-branded send with a partner org
• A/B test where one variant uses different visuals
Toggling off freezes the current colors and logo as a snapshot in the campaign — turning it back on re-pulls the live org values.
Brand inheritance also applies to:
• Templates — saved templates carry an "inherits brand" flag, so a community-shared template adopts your brand when you start a campaign from it
• Auto-drafted campaigns — Monday "Drafted for you" campaigns are always brand-inherited
• Journey email nodes — each email step in a journey can inherit the org brand at send time
