Job history and security reports

The History tab shows every Data Stream job run by your org, newest first.

Job status indicators:
• Spinning indicator — the job is still processing
• Green check — completed successfully
• Red X — the job failed (an error message is shown when you expand the row)

Expanding a job:
Click any row to see:
• A preview table of the first few processed records
• A "Download all" link for the full output (available for jobs that used Local Download)
• A cost summary: token count and charge amount
• A security report, if any records were skipped

Security reports:
Data Stream includes automatic content safety checks as part of every processing job. If a record contains content that poses a risk, it is skipped rather than passed through. The security report shows:
• How many records were skipped
• Which record number was affected and a description of why

Skipped records are not included in the output or sent to your destination. The job completes normally with the clean records only — you do not need to take any action.

If legitimate records are being skipped unexpectedly, open a support ticket with the job ID and a sample of the affected data.
