Who our sub-processors are
To run the Platform, Turtini relies on a small set of infrastructure and service providers — "sub-processors." Each one receives only the information needed for its specific function, and the full, current list is published for anyone to read.
**Where to find it:** the sub-processor list is published in the Privacy Policy (Section 7) and incorporated by reference into the Data Processing Addendum at /dpa. Both surfaces render from a single source of truth in the codebase, so the list in the Privacy Policy and the list in the DPA are guaranteed identical — they cannot drift apart.
**What each provider does:** the published list names each sub-processor and the purpose it serves — for example cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, or edge / CDN. We update the list as the Platform evolves, and the version published on the site is always the current one.
**Why we publish it:** transparency about who touches your data is part of how Turtini earns trust. You should never have to guess which third parties are involved in operating a platform you rely on — so we show you, in plain language, on a public page.
If you have questions about a specific sub-processor, or need advance notice of changes for your own compliance program, contact us.
