Removing a domain you added by mistake

Added the wrong domain to your verified-domains list? You can remove any domain that isn't verified yet.

How:

Settings → Org → Verified domains. Find the domain, click "Remove", then confirm with "Yes, remove". The pending (or failed) domain disappears from the list right away.

Already-verified domains:

A verified domain carries a Verified-by-Turtini credential, so you can't delete it outright — that would leave the credential orphaned. Click "Revoke" first to deactivate the credential, then the domain can be removed. This keeps your trust record honest: a domain you no longer control is clearly marked revoked rather than silently vanishing.
