Disconnect a domain from your site

You can take a custom domain off a Builder site at any time — to retire it, or to move it to a different site.

To disconnect a domain from a site:
1. Open Builder -> Domains and find the site's connected domain in the sites overview.
2. Click "Disconnect" on that domain.
3. Confirm in the inline prompt.

Disconnecting clears the site's custom domain and tears down the routing and the DNS record Turtini created for that hostname. Your Cloudflare account stays connected and your other domains and records are untouched — only the hostname you disconnected stops serving the site.

To move a domain to a different site, disconnect it here, then use "Connect a Turtini site" on the same domain and pick the new site.

Disconnecting the whole Cloudflare account is different: the "Disconnect" control on the Cloudflare status banner removes the stored API token and all Turtini-side metadata for every domain at once. Use the per-domain Disconnect above when you only want to unlink one hostname.
