Documents — where to find everything you write
Documents is one module covering every written thing your org produces — four surfaces, one place.
• Documents — rich-text documents: policies, proposals, memos, SOPs, reports.
• Sheets — spreadsheets with formulas, multiple tabs, and .xlsx in and out.
• Decks — slide decks on a full design canvas, with presenter mode.
• PDFs — files somebody sent you: upload, fill the form fields, and sign on the canvas.
To open it:
1. Click "Documents" in the nav (or go to /documents).
2. Pick a pill across the top: Documents, Sheets, Decks, PDFs.
3. Each pill opens a gallery of what your org already has, plus the create buttons.
Who can open it: any member of your org. Reading what the team has written is a member-level thing; creating, editing, and deleting need editor access. If you only have view access you will still see everything — the editors open in a view-only mode with a "View only" pill instead of refusing to load.
Why the first three share a shell with the Builder: they use the same Brand Kit, the same asset library, and the same design primitives your website uses, so an image you upload for a web page is already available on a slide and one brand change restyles all of it. Admins can also reach them from the Files group inside Builder — same surfaces, same data, either door.
Turning it on: an org admin enables Documents from the module directory (Marketplace → Modules). It is off by default like every other module.
