Getting started with Documents
Documents is where PDFs live on Turtini — uploaded, viewed, filled, and signed, each one tied to the record it belongs to, with a Verified-by-Turtini audit trail.
Enabling Documents:
1. Settings → Modules → enable Documents
2. Documents appears in the main nav at /documents
Adding documents:
• Drag one or more PDFs straight onto the Documents page — multi-file upload is supported, so a whole folder of paperwork lands in one drop.
• Click any document to open it in the viewer panel.
• Rename a document in place — click its title in the viewer and type the new name.
The audit trail:
Every PDF Turtini generates or that you sign carries a Verified-by-Turtini stamp — a QR code plus a SHA-256 hash registered on the platform. Anyone can confirm a document is genuine and unaltered at /verify, or by scanning the QR. That makes a signed Turtini PDF self-proving: tamper with a page and the hash no longer matches.
