Streaming — Twitch, YouTube Live, Mixcloud, custom RTMP
The Streaming tab configures the live-stream destinations you can broadcast to from your DJ rig.
Adding a destination:
1. /dj → Streaming → + Add destination
2. Pick a platform (Twitch, YouTube Live, Mixcloud, Kick, SoundCloud, Facebook Live, or Custom RTMP)
3. Paste the RTMP URL + stream key from the platform
4. Add your public profile URL so your audience link works
What Turtini stores:
• Display name, RTMP URL, and the last 4 of the stream key (for "is this the right one?" verification)
• The full key is never displayed back after entry — re-paste if you need to change it
Going live:
• Once a destination is enabled, you can start a session ("Go live") and end it when you're done
• Stamping start/end times lets you correlate the recording on the same window with the live audience window — useful when you go back to upload an unlisted "best of" later
What Turtini does NOT do today:
• We do not transcode or distribute audio ourselves — your DJ software (rekordbox, Serato, Traktor, OBS) sends the RTMP feed directly to the platform
• We do not log viewer counts automatically — enter peak viewers when ending the session if you want them archived alongside the gig record
