File a dispute against an organization

To file a dispute:
1. /disputes → "+ File dispute" (or "/disputes/new")
2. **Subject** — the org you're disputing with (search by name or paste their Turtini URL)
3. **Category** — Billing, Service, Product, Conduct, or Access
4. **Description** — what happened. Be specific: dates, amounts, names, what they said vs. what they did.
5. **Desired outcome** — refund, apology, policy change, account restoration, "just an acknowledgement". This frames the conversation.
6. Optional evidence (text, screenshots, attachments — each item is content-hashed when saved)
7. Submit

When you submit:
- The org's inbox gets the dispute immediately.
- A clock starts: the org has 7 days to acknowledge (the default; some categories or jurisdictions tighten it).
- You and the org can post messages and evidence back and forth. Everything posted is on the chain — neither side can edit or delete it later.

If you and the org can't resolve directly, either side can request a mediator from the Turtini mediator pool. Mediators don't decide; they help structure the resolution.
