Module review statuses

Each module submission moves through the following statuses:

• Draft — saved but not submitted. Only visible to your org. You can edit or delete drafts.
• In Review — submitted to the Turtini team for evaluation. You cannot edit while in review. Every submission is reviewed for functionality, quality, design compliance, and security before approval.
• Live (approved) — the module is published in the Marketplace. Any org can discover and install it.
• Rejected — the submission was not approved. A review note from the Turtini team explains why. Common reasons include security findings in the bundle, design system non-compliance, or policy violations.

Email notifications:
• When you submit for review, you'll receive a confirmation email with your module details and an estimated review timeline.
• When the review is complete, you'll receive an email with the decision — approval or rejection — and any review notes.

When approved, your module appears in the Marketplace instantly — no deploy or further action needed on your part.

Rejected modules can be edited and resubmitted. Address the feedback in the review note, re-upload an updated bundle, and click "Submit for Review" again.

Taking your module offline:
If you need to pull a live module down (e.g. a bug or breaking change), you can move it back to Draft yourself from Partner Portal → My Modules → Take offline. This removes it from the Marketplace instantly. You can edit and resubmit whenever you're ready.

Turtini may also move an approved module back to Draft or Rejected for policy review. If this happens you will receive an email explaining why.

Find all your modules and their current status in Partner Portal → My Modules.
