Join a project and contribute
Finding a project:
Open Creator and scroll to "Discover — seeking collaborators" to see public projects looking for help. Filter by domain. Click any project to read its overview, workstreams, and contributions.
Joining:
On a public project's Overview tab, click "Request to join" and tell the maintainers what you'd bring. If the project auto-accepts contributors, you're in immediately; otherwise a maintainer reviews your request on the project's Requests tab and approves or declines.
Contributing:
Once you're a member, open the Contributions tab and click "+ Contribute". Pick a workstream, choose a type (design, document, simulation, CAD, analysis, decision, or note), give it a title and details, and submit. Your contribution is content-hashed and signed automatically (see "Signed contributions").
Maintainers can Accept a proposed contribution or Supersede an accepted one as the design evolves.
For maintainers — managing requests:
The Requests tab (visible only to maintainers) lists everyone asking to join. Approve to add them to the project's member graph, or decline. You can grant a contributor or viewer role on approval.
Wally can request to join for you: ask "ask to join the open eVTOL flight controller project".
