Customer portal — Subscriptions tab

The Subscriptions tab in the customer portal lets a member, donor, or subscription customer manage their recurring billing without contacting the org.

What members see:
• Active subscriptions — name, amount, interval, next charge date
• Payment history with downloadable receipt PDFs
• A "Manage payment method" button (uses Stripe's hosted Customer Portal — Turtini never sees the card)
• Pause / cancel buttons for each subscription
• Year-end giving statements for tax-deductible plans (download PDF)

Why this is the difference between churn and retention:
A member whose card just declined needs a 30-second path to update it. Forcing them to email the org guarantees a missed charge and an accidental cancel. The portal makes the fix trivial — and the same path handles "I just got a new card" and "the old card was lost".

Tax-deductible giving:
For tithe and donation plans flagged tax-deductible, the Subscriptions tab surfaces a year-by-year giving statement download. Generated on demand from the org's giving statement infrastructure — same statement the org admin pulls from Subscriptions → Giving Statements.

What members can't do:
• Change the plan they're on (they cancel the old one and re-subscribe to a different one)
• Edit their tax-deductibility status (that's set on the plan, not per-subscriber)
• See other subscribers or any data outside their own
• Access pre-portal-invite legacy subscriptions until their email matches an existing portal Contact

This tab only renders when the org's subscriptions module is active. Orgs without the module see no Subscriptions tab in the portal.
