Platform pricing plans

Turtini charges one flat monthly price for your organization, set by how many people use it. It does not change with how much you sell.

Turtini takes nothing from a sale. Not a percentage, not a per-transaction fee. Money from your customers goes straight into your own merchant account, and Turtini is never in that flow. Your processor charges you their rate, you pay Turtini for the software monthly, and those are separate things.

**The plans**

• Starter — Up to 5 people — $79/month ($49 for a verified 501(c)(3))
• Team — Up to 25 people — $179/month ($119 for a verified 501(c)(3))
• Organization — Up to 100 people — $399/month
• Growth — Up to 250 people — $899/month
• Scale — Up to 500 people — $1,499/month
• Enterprise — More than 500 people — talk to us

Your price is set by the number of people in your organization, counted as members plus any invitations you have sent that are still outstanding. If you grow past your plan's size, you move to the next one — and we tell you before that changes a bill.

**The nonprofit price**

A verified 501(c)(3) pays the nonprofit price on the plans that have one. It has to be a verified IRS exempt record, not a self-declaration, and it is checked on every invoice — so if you verify later, your next invoice is lower.

**Changing your price**

Turtini gives at least 90 days' written notice before moving an organization to a more expensive plan, and never more than once in a 12-month period. The date you are given is the date it starts billing, and you can leave before then — cancelling is no harder than signing up, and you can export everything you have at any time.
