Customer portal (My Account)
Customers access their portal at /my-account. The portal header shows the account name, org name, and any partner orgs associated with that account.
Tabs available in the portal:
• Quotes — view, accept, or decline quotes
• Invoices — view invoices and pay via Stripe
• Assessments — view assessments linked to the account
• Hours — view service hours
• Events — view event registrations
• Contracts — view pending and signed contracts; sign pending ones with one click; fully executed contracts show a green "Executed Contract" attachment with the signed PDF
• Requests — submit service hours requests
• Activity — unified timeline of all account activity, sorted newest first
Portal actions (top-right of the header):
• Share — sends a one-time 24-hour access link to any email address
• Star — bookmarks the account panel for quick return
• X — closes back to the home page
• Leave Account — submits a request for an org admin to remove portal access
Multiple accounts: if a customer is linked to more than one account, they see an account picker when they first open /my-account. Selecting an account loads that account's portal.
To provision portal access, link the customer's user account to your org in Org Settings → Customers.
