Tour leads and door access (QR / NFC)

Two operational tabs turn walk-ins into members and members into badged-in tenants.

Tours (Tours tab)
Capture a prospect after a walk-in or tour: first and last name, email, phone, and expected monthly value. Saving a tour lead posts it straight into your CRM as a Contact and an Opportunity, so the deal flows through your normal pipeline instead of living in a spreadsheet.

Access (Access tab)
Set up QR/NFC tap points at doors, gates, and the front desk. Print a placard or program a tag for each point. When a member taps, Turtini logs the check-in (the same check-in system the rest of the platform uses) and shows it in the recent tap history. Tokens rotate so an old photo of a placard can't be reused indefinitely.

Together these close the loop: a tour lead becomes an opportunity, an opportunity becomes a member, and the member badges in with a tap that lands in your check-in log.
