Booking meeting rooms

Meeting-room bookings live on the Bookings tab (operator side) and inside every member portal (member side).

Booking a room:
Pick a room, a date, and a time slot. Turtini uses a transactional overlap guard, so two people can never double-book the same room and slot — the second attempt is rejected cleanly.

How credits are charged:
When a booking is confirmed, Turtini debits the member's included meeting-room credit hours first. If the booking runs past their remaining credits, the overage is pay-as-you-go at the room's rate. Cancel a booking and the credits that were debited are restored automatically — both the debit and the restore are idempotent, so a retry never double-counts.

Where members book:
Members book from their own portal (their membership card has a "Book a room" action), or you can book on their behalf from the Bookings tab. Upcoming and past bookings show on both surfaces, with cancel available on upcoming ones.
