Membership plans and meeting-room credits

Plans are the tariffs members sign up on. Create them on the Plans tab.

Each plan sets:

• Name and plan type — e.g. Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, Private Office, Virtual Office, Day Pass.
• Price and billing cycle — an amount charged monthly, annually, or daily.
• Meeting-room credit hours — hours of meeting-room time included each cycle. Bookings draw these down first; anything over the included hours is pay-as-you-go at the room's rate.
• Requires dedicated resource — flag plans (like Dedicated Desk or Private Office) that must be tied to a specific resource, so you assign the member a desk at signup.

A new member inherits the plan's price at signup, and you can override the price per member afterward (a negotiated rate, a founding-member discount, etc.) without changing the plan itself.

Meeting-room credits reset each billing cycle. A member's remaining balance shows in their portal, and every booking either debits credits or, once they are used up, bills the overage.
