What is Coworking?
Coworking is the operating system for a shared-workspace business — a Nexudus-class tool built into Turtini. It runs at /coworking (the operator console) and covers every part of running a space: the physical inventory (buildings, desks, offices, meeting rooms), membership plans, members and tenant companies, room bookings, door access, and billing.
The shape of the data:
• Spaces — each location you operate. One org can run several buildings.
• Resource types — templates like Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, Private Office, Meeting Room, Virtual Office, with capacity, amenities, and a rate.
• Resources — the individual desks, offices, and rooms bound to a type, each with a live status (available, occupied, reserved, maintenance).
• Plans — membership tariffs (name, price, billing cycle, included meeting-room credit hours, whether a dedicated desk is required).
• Members and Companies — individuals and multi-seat tenant companies.
Because it is built into Turtini, Coworking reuses the rest of the platform automatically: tour leads land in your CRM, invoices post to Accounting, door taps use the same QR/NFC check-in as everything else, and members self-serve from a portal you can embed on your own website. Tenant companies that also run on Turtini link by permission — the space holds a view, never a copy of their data.
Turn it on from the Marketplace or ask Wally to "enable coworking", then open the Dashboard tab to see occupancy at a glance.
