Accept, decline, or block a message request

When another guest wants to message you, it arrives as a request — not an open conversation. You're always in control.

Your options on a request:
- Accept — opens the conversation so you can reply.
- Decline — the request closes. The other guest is only told it wasn't delivered, and they cannot send you another request.
- Block — closes it AND prevents that guest from ever reaching you again, in either direction.
- Report — flags the message to the safety team for review (use this for anything harassing or inappropriate).

You never have to respond. Until you accept, there is no two-way thread and the other guest can't message you again.
