Message your cabin steward

You can message the steward assigned to your cabin right from your account — for towels, a wake-up call, or anything about your room.

To send a message:
1. Open Messages (/me/messages).
2. Press "Message steward".
3. Pick your stay (your current room) and type your message.
4. Press Send.

Your message goes to the steward assigned to your room. If no one is assigned yet, it goes to guest services and the next available steward on your property answers. You'll see their replies in the same thread — no phone number changes hands, and the steward never sees your email or phone.
