Message another guest

You can reach another guest on your sailing or at your resort — but only if they've turned guest messaging on, and only with their permission. The first message is a REQUEST: the other guest has to accept it before a conversation opens.

To message a guest:
1. Open Messages (/me/messages) and press "Message a guest".
2. Choose your stay, enter the OTHER guest's cabin/room number, and press Find.
3. If that guest is reachable, write your first message and press Send request.

What the other guest sees: a short preview and your handle — not the full message — with Accept, Decline, Block, and Report. Nothing else happens until they accept.

If you see "That guest is not reachable," it means there's no guest there who has opted in to be messaged — you can't tell whether the cabin is empty or the guest simply hasn't turned messaging on. That's on purpose, so no one can go fishing through cabin numbers.
