My Services — the person's own surface
My Services is where you see your own record across every agency that supports you. You own this record. Any consent you've signed, you can revoke any time — no reason required.
What you'll see:
• Today — your single next step. Always a concrete action: "schedule your intake call", "go to DMV", "your move-in is Tuesday".
• Your team — the people in your corner across every agency. One-tap to call.
• Your documents — what you have, what we'll help you get. Birth cert, Social Security card, photo ID, DD-214 if you're a vet, court papers if you're returning home.
• Benefits — SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Housing Choice Voucher, VA disability. Eligibility, status, recert dates, apply buttons.
• Your consents — every agency you've shared with. Tap Revoke to cut access.
How this is different from a city's case-management software:
You're not a row in a city's database. This account follows you across every shelter, every agency, every state you might move to. If you change phones, your account is still yours. If you lose your ID, the replacement workflow follows you. If you ever wonder what an agency can see, look at your consents — you control it.
How to get help if something isn't right:
• If your team contact info is wrong, tap their name and reply to the message
• If a document you have is listed as "not on file", tap Mark as have it
• If a benefit was denied, tap the row — your team can help with the appeal
• If you want to talk to a peer mentor who's been through it, ask Wally
You're not asked to justify yourself here. Ever.
