Enriching an account with people from Apollo

When you have an Account but no contacts at the company, Enrichment pulls real people from Apollo (today; more vendors coming) and adds them as Contacts on the account in one flow.

How to enrich:
1. Open any Account
2. Click "Find contacts at this company" on the Contacts panel
3. Optionally enter a title filter (e.g. "VP" or "engineering")
4. Click Find — up to 25 candidates return with masked email addresses

Two-step flow:
• Search is free — you get to see who's available before paying anything
• Import is paid — each row you check costs 1 credit. Final import dedupes against existing contacts on the account, writes Contact docs, and records the chargeback at +15% on your monthly platform usage

What gets imported:
• First name, last name
• Title and department
• LinkedIn URL
• Verified business email
• Location

Deduping:
The import skips any candidate whose email already exists on this account's contacts. You won't accidentally double-add someone who's already in your CRM.

Demo mode:
If your platform admin hasn't configured an APOLLO_API_KEY yet, results are deterministic stub data clearly labelled "demo data." Useful for evaluating the flow before going live.

Cost transparency:
The chargeback shows on your monthly invoice as a line item — you always know what enrichment cost. Standard rate is 5¢ per reveal × 1.15 = 5.75¢ per imported contact.
