Contracts in the customer portal

Customers can view their contracts in the Customer Portal under the Contracts tab.

The tab shows:
• Pending contracts (status: Sent or Partially Signed) — highlighted with an amber border and an "Action Required" badge
• Signed contracts — shown with a green "Signed" badge and the date the contract was executed
• Fully executed contracts include a green "Executed Contract" PDF attachment row — click it to download the signed PDF
• A "Sign Now →" button for any contract awaiting the customer's signature

Customers can click "Sign Now" to go directly to their signing page without searching for the email link.

The Activity tab in the portal also includes contract events — when a contract was sent for signature and when it was signed.
