The executed contract PDF

When all parties have signed, Turtini automatically generates a fully executed PDF that includes:

• The complete rendered contract body with all merge fields resolved
• A signature verification page listing each signer's name, role, email, IP address, and timestamp
• The attached PDF exhibit (if one was uploaded)
• Page numbers and the document ID printed in the footer of every page

The executed PDF appears in:
• The Contracts tab of the opportunity (green "Executed Contract" bar with View and Download buttons)
• The customer's portal under the Contracts tab as a green "Executed Contract" attachment row

The PDF is stored securely and accessible to org members and the signing customer at any time.

When fully executed, the signed PDF is automatically emailed as an attachment to all signing parties — both customers and countersigners.
