Contract statuses explained

Contracts move through the following statuses:

• Draft — contract saved but not yet sent for signature
• Sent — signing emails have been dispatched; awaiting signatures
• Partially Signed — at least one signer has signed, but not all
• Signed — all parties have signed; contract is fully executed
• Declined — one or more signers declined (future feature)

The Contracts tab in the opportunity shows the current status badge, a count of signatures collected (e.g. "2 of 2 signed"), and the sent date.

When all parties sign, the opportunity is automatically marked Closed Won and a signed PDF is generated with a signature verification page.
