Adding signers and sending for signature

Contracts support multiple signing parties — customers and internal countersigners.

In the Signing Parties section:
• The first row is always the customer signer — fill in their name and email
• Click "+ Add Signer" to add additional customers or internal countersigners
• For each signer, set their name, email, role (e.g. CEO, Account Manager), and type (Customer or Countersigner)
• Use the "Select from [Account Name]" dropdown above a customer signer to pick from that account's contacts
• Use the "Select from your org" dropdown above a countersigner to pick from your org members
• When you click "+ Add Countersigner", the name and email auto-fill with your own account so you can countersign right away

To send for signature:
1. Save the contract first
2. Click "Send for Signatures"
3. Each signer receives an email with a unique signing link — links are not interchangeable
4. The signing email includes the contract as a PDF attachment so signers can review it offline before opening the signing link

Countersigners are internal org members who sign after the customer. They can also sign directly in the platform from the Contracts tab without leaving the browser.
