Viewing a contact's loyalty balance
When the Restaurant module is enabled and a contact has an email address, a Loyalty tab appears in their detail panel.
What the Loyalty tab shows:
• Total Points — the contact's current redeemable balance across all locations
• Lifetime Earned — all points ever awarded to this email
• Redeemed — points spent on discounts
• Breakdown by Location — a row for each restaurant where the guest has earned points, showing the per-location balance
• Transaction History — a chronological log of every earn and redeem event with the restaurant name and date
Points are tied to the contact's email address. If a contact has no transactions yet, the tab shows a "No loyalty account" placeholder.
The Loyalty tab is read-only — points are earned and redeemed automatically through the QR payment flow and cannot be manually adjusted from the Contacts module.
