Notes on contacts

Contacts support the same timestamped notes system as opportunities. Open a contact's detail panel and go to the Notes section.

Type @ to mention a teammate in a note — they'll receive a notification. Mentions are clickable links to that user's profile.

Notes are ordered newest-first and are visible to all org members.
