Accessing shared files in the customer portal
Customers can access the shared file space from the Collaboration tab in their portal at /my-account.
The tab shows all files uploaded by either the org or the customer. Customers can:
• Download any file by clicking the Download button
• Delete any file they or the org uploaded
• Upload their own files by dragging onto the drop zone or clicking to browse
Files uploaded by customers are immediately visible to org members in the Account panel → Collaboration tab, and vice versa. No page refresh needed — the file list updates in real time.
Partner org members with access to the account can also view and manage files in the Collaboration tab.
