Sharing files with your customer
The Collaboration tab is a shared file space between your org and a customer account. Both sides can upload and delete files — no email attachments needed.
To upload a file (org side):
1. Open an account in the Account panel
2. Click the Collaboration tab
3. Drag a file onto the drop zone, or click it to browse
4. The file appears instantly for both you and the customer
Supported file types: PDF, Word, Excel, images, and any other document format. Maximum file size: 50 MB.
Files are listed with the uploader's name, file size, and upload date. Anyone with access can download or delete any file.
