Run a closing file and get signatures
A closing is a file that moves through the pipeline as the deal progresses.
Open a file:
• Create a file from a template and it lands in Pipeline at Draft. Fill in the parties, the property, and the terms. Closings pulls property detail from the Property module and locations from Maps so you're not re-keying.
Move it through:
• Drag the file across the Pipeline as the deal advances — Under Contract, In Escrow, Clear to Close, Closed, Recorded. Each move is captured on the file's activity chain.
Get signatures:
• Send documents for signature with the native e-signature ceremony. Each signer gets a secure link (/sign/closing/...) — no account needed — and signs in the browser.
• The signed document is produced as a Verified-by-Turtini PDF backed by a hash-chained audit, so the signature record can't be altered after the fact.
Whatever your tier, the file lifecycle is the same; the higher tiers simply add commissions, trust accounting, and regulatory documents on top (see "Title-tier escrow, disclosures, and commissions").
