Closings — real estate transactions end to end

Closings at /closings runs a real estate transaction from contract to funded close. It scales to how you work through three tiers:

• FSBO — for-sale-by-owner essentials: document templates, native e-signature, and scheduling.
• Brokerage — adds a commission ledger and Stripe Connect agent splits on top of FSBO.
• Title — adds segregated escrow trust accounting, Closing Disclosure and ALTA settlement-statement generators, county recording status, and 1099-S filing.

Your tabs depend on your tier:
• Pipeline — a board of every file by status (Draft, Under Contract, In Escrow, Clear to Close, Closed, Recorded, and more).
• Files — the same files as a list.
• Commissions — appears for Brokerage and Title.
• Trust Accounts — appears for Title.
• Templates and Settings — always present.

Every file carries a per-file activity chain and produces Verified-by-Turtini PDFs with a hash-chained audit, so the record of who signed what, and when, is tamper-evident.
