Create a check-in point and print the placard

Each placard is a "check-in point" — a thing in the physical world that someone can tap.

To create:
1. /checkin → Points tab → "+ New point"
2. **Label** — what shows on the placard ("Table 4", "Front Door", "Treadmill #2", "Gate B")
3. **Kind** — table, door, desk, gate, station, seat, or generic. Drives which subscriber module the tap routes to.
4. **Subscriber binding** — which module/record to act against. Restaurant table → links to a specific table doc. Event gate → links to a specific event.
5. Save → token + tap URL generated

To print:
- Open the point → "Print placard" — renders a PDF with QR, NFC instructions, your label, and the active token.
- Or "Copy URL" / "Copy NFC payload" for custom layouts (table tents, equipment stickers).

The token is part of the URL and the NFC payload. If you rotate it (security menu), all old placards stop working immediately — print fresh ones.
