Partner tiers, training, and certifications

Tiers, training, and certifications are how you segment partners and hold them to a standard.

Tiers:
On the Tiers tab, define your partner levels (for example Silver / Gold / Platinum). Each tier carries its own benefits, MDF budget, and commission split. Adjusting tier thresholds and benefits is a permissioned action ("Manage partner tiers"). A partner's tier drives what they earn and what they're entitled to across the rest of the module.

Training:
The Training tab holds the courses and materials a partner works through to become productive — videos, exams, and other enablement. Completion is tracked per partner and per individual.

Certifications:
The Certifications tab records which partners and which people have earned a certification. Certifications can gate tier eligibility — a partner can't reach Gold until enough of their team is certified.

Onboarding and provisioning:
New partners are guided through onboarding to become active in your program; the Provisioning tab is where partner access and setup are managed as they come on board.
