What is the Channel (PRM) module?

Channel is Turtini's Partner Relationship Management (PRM) module — for orgs that run their OWN partner programs and need to manage the resellers, distributors, and referral partners who sell on their behalf.

(This is distinct from the Turtini Partner Program at /partners, which is about partnering with Turtini itself. Channel is the toolset YOU use to run a partner program for YOUR product.)

What it manages:
• **Partner hierarchy** — the full vendor → distributor → reseller → end-customer chain, so you can see who sources a deal and who fulfills it
• **Deal registration** — partners register opportunities they're working so deals are protected and attributed to the right partner
• **MDF requests** — partners request Market Development Funds; you review and approve them
• **Partner tiers** — segment partners into tiers (e.g. Silver/Gold/Platinum) with the benefits and requirements each tier carries
• **Certifications** — track which partners and individuals have completed required training or certification
• **Partner onboarding** — guide new partners through the steps to become active in your program

Channel is module-gated — an org admin enables it in Settings → Modules.
