Message your host (and reply by text)

You can reach your host directly. In the Messages tab of your casino dashboard, each property you play at has its own conversation. Type a message under a property and press Send — it goes straight to your host there, and your sent message shows up in the thread.

Replying by text: if your host texts you, just reply to that text. Your reply routes back into the same conversation. You never see your host's personal number and they never see yours — the text goes through a private relay number for your conversation.

A few things to know:
- You can only message the properties where you have a player card and an assigned host.
- Replying STOP to a marketing text still opts you out of marketing — a normal reply does not.
- Reaching out is always allowed, even if you have set a cool-off or self-exclusion.
