Reply to a player and send to a whole segment
Messaging is two-way. When a player messages you back, their reply lands in your conversation with them under Messages > My players — interleaved with what you sent, so you see the whole thread in one place. You also get an in-app notification and an email when a player replies.
Replying to an open inbound: when the last message in a thread is the player's, your answer is treated as a service message — it reaches them even if they are self-excluded (a player who reached out can always be answered). Turtini decides this from the real conversation, so you never have to think about which "lane" you are in.
Sending to a segment: open Messages > Send to segment. Pick the host it goes out from, an optional minimum tier and minimum ADT, your channel, and your message. Turtini sends it to every matching player and gates each one individually — anyone who is self-excluded, cooled-off, or has turned marketing off is skipped automatically, and a self-exclusion attempt is flagged to compliance. You get back an exact count of who was reached and who was skipped and why.
