What a self-excluded player can and cannot receive
A self-excluded or cooled-off player must never be marketed to. Turtini enforces this for you at the point of send, so a host cannot accidentally (or deliberately) reach an excluded player with an offer.
What is blocked: every marketing message — offers, event invites, reactivation nudges, comp promotions. The player receives nothing, and the attempt is recorded as a self-exclusion-breach signal on the platform safety mesh for your compliance officer to review.
What still gets through: genuine service. A reply to something the player initiated, or a message about a comp or reservation they requested, reaches them even under self-exclusion — because a self-excluded player must still be able to reach the property and be served. These are audited too, but they are not a breach.
The Compliance sub-tab under Messages is your log of every host↔player message: the lane it was in, whether it was delivered or blocked, and why. Use it for AML and dispute discovery. None of this depends on a host remembering the rules — the gate is server-side and cannot be turned off.
