Rating a player and how points, tiers, and ADT work

A rating records one play session and is the engine behind loyalty. Open Ratings, pick the player, choose the game (slots / tables / poker), enter the average bet and how long they played. The theoretical win (theo) is estimated for you from bet size, pace, and house edge — override it if your floor system gives you an exact number. Enter the actual win/loss from the house's perspective if you have it.

When you save:
- Points accrue on theo (by default 1 point per $1 of theo — tune this in the program).
- The player's lifetime points move them up the tier ladder automatically.
- Their ADT (average daily theoretical) recomputes — this is the player's "worth" and drives comp eligibility and host assignment.

Points and tier are also written back onto the player's Contact, so your F&B and Retail POS can see them at checkout.

You can also ask Wally to rate a player — it will show you a confirmation card before saving.
