Getting started with Casino Operations
Casino Operations is the management software for a licensed gaming property's player program — the loyalty, comp-accounting, and player-banking layer. It is NOT a gaming or wagering system: the games and slot machines run on the floor's own certified systems. Turtini manages the people and the money around the play.
First run:
1. Turn on Casino Operations from the module directory (it is off by default).
2. Open Casino. Create your player program — this sets up a starting loyalty tier ladder (Base, Silver, Gold, Platinum) that you can rename and re-threshold.
3. Affirm the one-time license acknowledgment. Operating a player program, holding patron funds, and Title 31 comp reporting are regulated — you confirm your property holds the required gaming license and is responsible for its own compliance. The seeded sample data appears right after.
The panels, grouped:
- Players / Banking / Ratings — your guests and their play.
- Comps / Budgets / Hosts / Offers — your marketing spend.
- Reports — reinvestment and worth.
A player is one of your Contacts. Enrolling a player adds a casino profile (card number, tier, points, ADT, host) to a person you already know — there is no separate customer list.
